Richmond (“Muffin”) Coburn was born in the Middleburg area and graduated from Loudoun Valley High School. She attended Virginia Intermont College, graduating in 1993 with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies. Muffin received numerous awards in college including the Most Outstanding Senior of 1993, Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, the Worrell Honors Program, and was active in student government, cheer leading and the music program.
Muffin has worked in the title insurance business at several Loudoun County firms since 1993, and had a three year stint as the Clerk of Council for the Town of Purcellville (1999-2002). She returned to title work with Prosperity Title in 2002 and has managed the office for its owners, Joe Ritenour and Rhonda Paice, since that time. Muffin is a Virginia licensed title insurance agent and is extremely familiar with all aspects of title examination and reporting, settlement processing, pre and post-closing. She lives in Western Loudoun with her husband, Bill (a professional fire fighter and paramedic), son and daughter, Muffin is very active in the Purcellville Fire Department Auxiliary and the community.

Prosperity Title, LLC, is a full service title agency with its office located in the historic Laurel Brigade building, one block from the courthouse in downtown Leesburg. The company is owned by attorneys Joe Ritenour and Rhonda Paice who oversee the business managed by Virginia licensed settlement agent, Richmond “Muffin” Coburn.
