The firm strives to answer representation inquiries within 24 hours, calls sometimes being returned by a legal assistant assigned to the requested attorney or proficient in the type of work sought. Matters are evaluated and invoiced on a case-by-case basis. Although most issues are billed on an hourly basis by the supervising attorney and legal assistant staff, some are charged differently. For instance, the majority of criminal matters (felony, misdemeanor and traffic) are subject to a flat fee charge, to be determined by the supervising attorney. Also, matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, or debt reorganization/work out may be subject to a contingency fee arrangement, i.e. a percentage of the amount recovered or saved would be paid to the supervising attorney.
